I always either had the video move faster than the audio, or the audio move faster than the video. The whole reason I was looking for a new program was to record video ALONG WITH audio. I use AVIScreen, which has the ability to record uncompressed, perfect frame-rate video, but no audio. It's kind of like a trade-off. If you don't need audio and just need people to SEE what you're doing, then I would choose AVIScreen handsdown over this. It comes out with much better quality, and the frame rate is seamless.
